This Friday, my team flew in from Chicago, Florida, and Texas for our All-Hands meeting. One coworker—another true burger lover—stayed late and asked me the question every foodie knows too well:

“Where’s the best burger in Charlotte?”

At first I hesitated, running through all my go-to spots, but deep down the answer was already waiting for me.
