Had to have a burger 🍔 my last night in Vegas. Went to Gordon Ramsey’s burger spot at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.
I ordered the Hell’s Kitchen Burger cooked medium well and it was, with a nice pink center.
Although I liked my experience and burger. Here is what could have made it better. The avocado needed to be sliced thinner or diced to have with every bite. The jalapeño aioli add more of it. If burger description says spicy, make it spicy.
Asadero cheese melted nicely over the burger. The roasted jalapeño and avocado were chunky but flavorful. Needed more of the roasted tomatoes and 2 spoons of jalapeño aioli for some more heat!
