If you are offering a burger special, I only ask that you do a good job. I have to be honest here I was not impressed with this burger at this restaurant.
The location and atmosphere was sexy. The staff was friendly and attentive and wanted to correct the error in their ways for the burger.
I will just get right do it. I ordered the BLT Burger. The bacon was extra crispy, probably the best part of the burger. The patty itself was over cooked. The cheese was so melted it started to disappear. The bread was burnt. I do understand that when you ask for a burger medium well you risk it being over cooked. Sometimes you even piss the chef off. To most a burger should be eaten medium. But I can’t do that. I can’t see that much pink in my meat.
I will give this place a chance again but in the meantime no thank you Mr. Lincoln.
