Over Thanksgiving break, I decided to make my own burger creation. Using fresh ground turkey seasoned in a jerk sauce a cranberry chutney sauce on Hawaiian rolls. It was sweet and spicy like this Diva.
Ingredients include a pound of ground turkey, jerk sauce. You can always use a dry rub however I liked this sauce much better. Created great moisture in the burger. For the cranberry chutney sauce I used pineapple juice and cranberry jelly. This loosened up the consistency of the jelly. I chose Hawaiian rolls to bring down the heat.
All together it created a cornucopia of flavors that made me feel some island vibes.
