Burger Nights is a catered event. This is a night for ladies and gents to enjoy a home cooked burger by none only the Burger Diva. I am not a chef but I play one at home. You will find burgers cooked and prepared by me. I will incorporate plate styling and table setup. On this day I cooked from Rachel Ray’s The Book of Burgers and set my table using Pier 1 imports merchandise.

I wanted to create a night that catered to women and their palates. I am not saying a woman knows food better than men however when you’re name is burger diva you have to have your first event with the finest.
I followed the recipe to a T even down to the type of meat. It is 2 pounds of coarse-ground beef chunk.
The final product looking pretty. I think food should look pretty if you’re going to eat it. It helps when the plates are just as fancy.
I have never fried food before so making that happen had me jumping for joy. I even bought a dutch oven to make them in. Like adding a new pair of shoes to your closet, this is best purchase I’ve made to add to my kitchen.
This is the place setting all purchased from Pier 1 imports. A little bit of mixed print to add a little that extra wow factor while eating. Its all about senses. When you can bring them all to life it just makes the experience even better.
